This is HUGE, and smells amazing. It’s a work of art and I never want to use it 😂

Billy is everything you would expect and so much more! Not only does he look amazing outside of the water, once you finally work up the urge to use him you will be stoked. From a creepy smile to an underlying burst of blue and pink foam accompanied by a deerlicious berry scent. The final visual bonus is the deep blue water that remains once the foam has disappeared. Absolutely amazing. Not only is he pleasing to look at, but the foam that he produces is so creamy and calming, it truly leaves your skin so soft. I can guarantee you that Billy will be making a visit to my house every year. 😍
